I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent youth, young adults, and their families. Growing up in Utah as a queer and neurodivergent person in an LGBTQ+ family has deeply informed my approach as a therapist and my interest in working with these populations.
I am a person-centered therapist, positioning you as the expert in your journey while I serve as collaborator and accomplice. My social work foundation keeps me rooted in principles of social justice, intersectionality, advocacy, and empowerment. I use a diverse toolbox tailored to your specific needs, including trauma-informed and experiential approaches.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, snuggling my cats, embroidering, reading (but rarely finishing) books, listening to music, playing video games, watching anime and women’s sports, and playing outside with my spouse.
