Drawing from a blend of theoretical practices, I aim to orient care to meet your specific needs. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, yet I also integrate family systems work, Teyber’s interpersonal processing theory, trauma-based practices, and emotional regulation skills.
I work with adults and families. What binds my clients together is the desire for something in their lives to be different and a cry for help in achieving this. Many adults I work with are processing grief, relational struggles, parenting or caregiving challenges, trauma, and anxiety/depression. Together, we face these pains with curiosity and openness.
