I also find deep meaning in working with immigrant families, where cultural expectations, identity, and generational experiences can add meaningful complexity to relationships.
My therapy approach is centered on fostering secure emotional connection and meaningful change through an attuned, collaborative process. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices.
