I am a licensed professional counselor. I have training in several counseling styles including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (changing the way you think), Attachment Based Therapies (connecting with others), Solution Focused Therapy (finding solutions), Trauma Focused Therapy (processing pain) and Faith Based Counseling (finding our anchor).
Over 20 years of experience, I am trained to treat a variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting and family conflict. I specialize in anxiety and trauma specifically, and have anxiety treatment groups at reduced cost. I will customize my style to meet your specific treatment needs and goals.
