I specialize in working with families struggling with life's transitions. I assist children and adolescents with developmental stages, social skills, and parent/child relationships.
With a compassionate and Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic approach, I tailor your needs to identified issues you wish to address to manage life stressors, anxiety, depressions and past traumatic experiences. I offer individual and group sessions that address ADHD, Low Self-Esteem, Family Issues, and Behavioral Issues. I also address Anger Issues.
