I work with individuals, couples and families who are interested in improving the quality of their daily life. Often this works includes attention to anxiety and/or depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions. My work is thoughtfully designed for each client and situation. Some clients choose to work on one specific challenge at a time, on an as-needed basis. Others take a broader approach and explore themes that have challenged them over a long period of time.
I also have extensive experience with divorce and remarriage. In addition to therapeutic support, I provide a variety of contract and consultation services including: mediation of parenting plans and custody; court custody evaluations; and court-ordered parenting consulting.
