"I believe you're here for a reason, and that God has a purpose for you. Depression, anxiety, marital issues, eating disorders, and many other problems, keep us from living full lives. I became a therapist because I have a passion for helping people who are hurting, and want more out of life. I believe my greatest strength is helping people find the missing keys needed to make positive change. I believe I connect well with my clients by not judging them and by empathizing with their struggles. I am passionate about helping people find the happiness they're looking for."

"Seeking out therapy is a very heroic action in and of itself, perhaps your first proactive step into redefining your sense of self, creating a new life story, and taking a leap into the direction of self-care. If you are reading this, you may be in a state of uncertainty, or perhaps connected more deeply than you would like to be to the effects of depression, anxiety, or your daily life situations. Maybe, you are wrestling in a relationship with someone you love; perhaps, finding the words to communicate who you are and how you feel may seem unattainable and challenging at best."

"My philosophy on therapy is simply this: Having meaningful conversation. One in which we're not paying attention to anything else but what's occurring between us in the session. The ultimate goal is to stay focused and engaged on this conversation, while hoping that we can both be changed by this engagement. In a therapeutic relationship it is important that we're both comfortable, we both trust each other, and we trust that the conversation is aimed at something of mutual benefit. "

"Hi, I am a Narrative Therapy trained psychotherapist. What that means is that I believe that each of us wants to find fulfillment, internal peace, and connection, but sometimes problems get in the way. In the face of life's challenges, it can be all too easy to define ourselves by what pains us and to gauge our self-worth by our problems. However, I work from the premise that you are not the problem, the problem is the problem. By changing our relationship to our problems we can gain control of and achieve peace with our emotional selves."

"The human spirit has an amazing capacity for resilience, but sometimes it's too hard to access it on your own. When we encounter challenges and problems in relationships, in our workplaces, in our families, we can feel overwhelmed, hopeless, & stuck. It's not uncommon to feel depressed or anxious, or seek out unhealthy ways to function that mask the hurt. It's in situations like these that it takes great strength to reach out and ask for help--to seek someone to come alongside and enter into your experience; help shoulder the burden, and rediscover and connect with that resiliency."

"Many people are hurting in their day- to- day life. Whether the hurt is from a personal challenge such as anxiety, depression, self- esteem, grief and loss or a relational one within marriage, with children or teens and or with family or friends- it is crucial to remember that healing is possible. Healing is a journey where acknowledgment of what caused your hurt is the first step then the often forgotten step is learning to thrive in that place where pain once lived. I am here to help you in your healing voyage. Don't let unspoken fears hold you back from getting help. "

Developmental Disorders Therapists
'Developmental disorder' is the collective term used to describe the disorders, first diagnosed in a child's infancy or early childhood, which then become more apparent as the kids develop during their childhood and into their teens and adolescence. Like all labels, it means little and is open to interpretation.

The developmental disorders are categorized in to two areas: specific developmental disorders, which affect discrete parts of a kid's development, and the pervasive disorders (e.g. PDD 90032), which affect multiple developmental basics. The specific developmental disorders include communication disorders, speech and language issues, such as stuttering or lisps in 90032; learning disorders; and motor function or motor skills disorders, which may include tics or Tourette's in 90032.

The pervasive developmental disorders (PDDs) include autism, asperger's, attention-deficit and disruptive behavior disorders.

There are other issues that can affect childhood development, which are included in the developmental disorders--such as feeding and eating disorders, elimination disorders, separation anxiety disorder, and reactive attachment disorder.

Look here for help with children, kids or teens with developmental disorders in 90032 or 90032 developmental issues. Try an 90032 child therapist, 90032 facility or 90032 treatment program. These therapists provide help with kids' developmental issues in 90032, child development, teen development and adolescent development. They include developmental therapists in 90032, developmental psychologists, developmental counseling and treatment for developmental disorders. They'll also help with problem teens development in 90032, teenagers development problems in 90032, 90032 teenage development and teenager developmental issues.

How can I tell if a therapist is right for me?
Therapists in 90032 are able to work with a wide range of issues.

For example, if you're seeking a marriage counselor in 90032 you'll find that most therapists are trained in marriage counseling or couples counseling in 90032 and couples therapy. And they welcome families for family counseling in 90032 or family therapy in 90032.
