I have over twenty five years of clinical experience working with individuals, families, couples and groups. I have been fortunate to work in a variety of clinical milieus including inpatient and outpatient community mental health settings. I have experience working with childhood disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders and family/marital issues. I enjoy working with patients from age 12 and up and encourage participation from family members and friends.
I believe in a present-focused and goal-oriented approach to therapy and will encourage you to actively participate in your own treatment planning. I provide a positive and safe environment for you to improve your ability to navigate your own personal environment.
