In my practice, I treat adults and adolescents who report issues such as anxiety, depression and interpersonal problems that cause them concern. I work individually, with couples, and in groups, depending upon my assessment of the client's need. My current groups are focused around relationship issues; I also work with writers experiencing creative problems, and students who want to resolve writing blocks in order to complete degree requirements.
As a therapist, I find it very rewarding to help my clients work towards emotional growth, greater resilience, and increased self-fulfillment.
