Men's Group
High functioning mindfulness based therapeutic support group for men in the 60-80 age range who are retired or still working. This group is psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral-in-nature dealing with all issues pertinent to men's ability to live a successful and productive life. This is an empowerment group focusing on personal excellence, self-actualization and the ability to participate in life to the fullest at the top of one’s game.

Men's Group
I facilitate three men’s groups that meet online and periodically in-office. They are established to assist moderate to high functioning members via a mindfulness based therapeutic support approach that is psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral-in-nature. We deal with all issues pertinent to men's ability to live a successful and productive life. The Tuesday evening group includes men who are in the 35-60 age range. The interactive focus is on self-regulation, impulse control and management of mood states emphasizing positive communication and improved social interaction creating more harmonious relationships
