"Navigating your way through the ups and downs of life isn't always easy but can be done better with some help along the way. I take a holistic approach to each person to help you deal with your challenges and worries, your dreams and nightmares, and your health and wellbeing in both your relationships with yourself and with others. Sometimes changes in personalities and expressions of oneself can seem confusing as we experience the many emotions in life and the reactions they bring as we work on healing the traumas within ourselves and in our relationships with others at home, at work, and in our families, schools and communities."

"I view therapy as a collaborative effort to understand problems and conflicts, identify realistic goals and take advantage of strengths and strategies that promote change. While the focus is often on current issues, understanding the influence of past experiences and relationships is an important part of the process. I often work with people in transition on issues related to work, relationships and the impact of change or loss."

Developmental Disorders Therapists
'Developmental disorder' is the collective term used to describe the disorders, first diagnosed in a child's infancy or early childhood, which then become more apparent as the kids develop during their childhood and into their teens and adolescence. Like all labels, it means little and is open to interpretation.

The developmental disorders are categorized in to two areas: specific developmental disorders, which affect discrete parts of a kid's development, and the pervasive disorders (e.g. PDD 10044), which affect multiple developmental basics. The specific developmental disorders include communication disorders, speech and language issues, such as stuttering or lisps in 10044; learning disorders; and motor function or motor skills disorders, which may include tics or Tourette's in 10044.

The pervasive developmental disorders (PDDs) include autism, asperger's, attention-deficit and disruptive behavior disorders.

There are other issues that can affect childhood development, which are included in the developmental disorders--such as feeding and eating disorders, elimination disorders, separation anxiety disorder, and reactive attachment disorder.

Look here for help with children, kids or teens with developmental disorders in 10044 or 10044 developmental issues. Try a 10044 child therapist, 10044 facility or 10044 treatment program. These therapists provide help with kids' developmental issues in 10044, child development, teen development and adolescent development. They include developmental therapists in 10044, developmental psychologists, developmental counseling and treatment for developmental disorders. They'll also help with problem teens development in 10044, teenagers development problems in 10044, 10044 teenage development and teenager developmental issues.

How can I tell if a therapist is right for me?
Therapists in 10044 are able to work with a wide range of issues.

For example, if you're seeking a marriage counselor in 10044 you'll find that most therapists are trained in marriage counseling or couples counseling in 10044 and couples therapy. And they welcome families for family counseling in 10044 or family therapy in 10044.
