Hi, I'm Addie and I am a licensed professional counselor and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. I treat children ages 4 and older, adolescents, and adults. I help clients build upon their strengths while providing guidance to develop healthy coping mechanisms and relaxation techniques. I have extensive experience helping individuals cope with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, LGBTQ issues and trauma, as well as working with those struggling with various life transitions and relationship issues. I also work with those on their adoption journey, whether it be birth parents, potential/current adoptive families or adoptees.
I believe that almost everyone could benefit from counseling at some point in their life.
