I specialize in helping adolescents, emerging adults, and men navigate neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism), anxiety, and the stressors of academic or life transitions. Currently, I serve as a Crisis Intervention Leader at the Sonia Shankman Orthogenic School, training staff in therapeutic techniques and de-escalation. This clinical experience, combined with my background as a musician and vocal coach, helps me understand that there isn't just one way to tell your story or make meaning of your experiences.
