While there may be some anxiety-provoking aspects of working with me for the first time (or any therapist for that matter), you don't have to do it alone. I specialize with LGBTQ+ adults of color from dysfunctional families. I work with adults who may not have received psychological or emotional nurturing from caregivers as children. I support clients in finding their authentic voice. As an EMDR trained therapist, I help clients resolve trauma experiences that make it difficult to deal with triggers.
In our work together, I will provide a safe and confidential space where we can discuss your concerns along with your needs and desired outcomes of therapy. R.O.O.T.S. Group Therapy
R.O.O.T.S. (Reclaiming Our Own Truth & Spirituality) is a 10-week group therapy experience for adults recovering from religious or spiritual trauma. Led by a licensed professional, this space fosters healing, identity reclamation, and community. Through guided discussions and evidence-based techniques, participants will process their experiences and rebuild a sense of self beyond harmful beliefs. Due to the nature of this offering, the group is limited to six participants. The pilot group launches this Spring. Reclaim your truth in a compassionate, affirming environment.
