I’m a therapist who helps children, adolescents, and young adults deal with all the overwhelm that growing up can create. I specialize in working with those who struggle with anxiety, eating disorders, self-esteem, and trauma. I’m passionate about helping young people find their voice, figure out their identity, and feel love for themselves.
