Being human is hard and confusing. You're not broken; you’re growing. Therapy shouldn’t make things harder, and I’m here to walk alongside you through the messiness of it all. Whether you’re brand new to therapy or years into your healing, I’ll meet you where you are. If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, wrestling with low self-esteem, or navigating a life transition, I’m here to help you sort through the mental chaos and move forward at your own pace. My approach is warm, affirming, and just the right amount of direct in order to challenge your thoughts. I also may throw in some humor when appropriate.
I invite you to this nonjudgmental space where you’re welcome to show up exactly as you are. I'm passionate about helping people uncover the 'why' behind their emotions and behaviors, which often traces back to unresolved trauma. I cherish assisting people from shaming their thoughts/feelings to now exploring them with curiosity.
Outside of sessions, I recharge with music, video games, and nature. I believe humor can be healing, authenticity matters and change doesn’t have to be huge to be meaningful.
