Life is hard, being vulnerable is hard, let me help make it a little easier. I want to help you reach your therapeutic goals however I can. Whether it be processing trauma, navigating anxiety, struggling with depression, I am here to help. I try to create a welcoming, supportive, and encouraging environment that helps make the therapeutic process easier.
I specialize in trauma therapy. I do a lot of work with domestic violence survivors, sexual abuse, and childhood trauma. I also do a lot of work with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I incorporate talk therapy methods as well as art therapy techniques, sand tray interventions, and play therapy techniques. I work with kids ages 5 and up, adolescents, and adults
I am passionate about providing clients with a safe, non-judgmental space to heal and grow. I believe in being authentic and genuine with clients to assist them in feeling more comfortable throughout the therapeutic process. I like to utilize client’s interests throughout the therapeutic process to make therapy easier, comfortable, and engaging.
