I support individuals who are working to understand and shift long-standing patterns that affect their sense of safety, connection, and self-trust. My work is grounded in somatic awareness, relational presence, and an understanding of how early patterns shape our capacity for regulation, choice, and authentic connection.
With training in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) and a deep respect for the body’s intelligence, I help clients move beyond insight alone and into lived, embodied change. I’m especially attuned to experiences of chronic activation, shutdown, self-abandonment, and the subtle ways we adapt to survive—even when those adaptations no longer serve us.
My approach is slow, compassionate, and collaborative. Rather than pushing for outcomes, I focus on creating the conditions for regulation, agency, and authentic alignment to emerge organically. Clients often come to this work feeling “stuck” despite years of self-work, and leave with a renewed sense of internal safety, clarity, and connection to themselves.
