My name is Destiny Reinke and I am a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. I am interested in seeing clients of all ages and backgrounds. Children struggling with the chaos of school, teenagers navigating the wild transition to adulthood, and adults dealing with the unknowns and uncertainties of everyday life are all welcome! My goal is to provide a welcoming environment that allows each individual the space to work and grow at their own pace and in their own ways.

Therapy isn't a "one size fits all," and that's okay. I utilize treatment approaches that best fit each individual client. I often use a Cognitive-Behavioral approach, but I will snag ideas from other modalities too. I value building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients that invites them to cry, sit in silence, and even laugh when needed.

My goal is to help people of all walks of life with the challenges life may present. Believe it or not, you aren't expected to have it all together all the time.
