Hi there! My name is Destiny and working with others has always been a passion of mine. Life is beautiful, but it can also be brutal. Although humans are resilient, we all go through moments in our lives where talking it out with a friend just doesn't cut it. Sometimes we encounter really challenging moments, low self-esteem, loneliness, grief and relationship issues. I’m here to help provide clients a safe and supportive space to process & explore their experiences, improve their relationships, heal & grow. I utilize evidence-based therapies while remaining eclectic & changing modalities based on the client’s needs & goals.
I have extensive experience working with adults of all ages, backgrounds & mental health concerns. Because everyone has different lived experiences, I tailor therapy sessions to meet the needs of each individual client. I have a trauma-informed and person-centered treatment perspective and utilize an eclectic approach comprised of evidence-based models.
I prioritize building a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship. I am here to listen non-judgmentally, to offer tangible, concrete skills to use in your day-to-day life, and to provide you with a reliable and safe space to feel, think, and explore.
