Do you have a child or adolescent who is dealing with big emotions? Does your child struggle with anxiety, depression, or other aspects of their mental health? Is your child showing some behavioral problems in school or at home? It can be incredibly difficult watching your child struggle. It’s often just as difficult for children and adolescents to communicate those struggles to others. That’s where I would like to help.
My name is Destiny Langley, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with a passion for helping kids and teens navigate their mental health. I specialize in working with youth struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, and Trauma as well as behavioral and conduct problems. I am trained in Comprehensive DBT and EMDR.
I want to help your child with the identification of emotions, coping strategies, and communication among other goals. I would be glad to have the opportunity to work with you and your child!
