I followed my passion and began teaching 10 years ago after graduating from Hampton University. While teaching, I earned my master's degree from Johns Hopkins University in Counseling. After years of teaching, leading an education department, and School Counseling, I transitioned into my role as a Mental Health Therapist.
I sincerely believe that everyone deserves to pursure their ideal self in order to facilitate social, emotional and mental wellness. I am honored to be a vessel to assist others towards removing the blockages that have limited the ability to reach their full potential while on their healing journey in order to find true peace and freedom.
