My lived experience fuels my passion for working with folks with various identities and mental health issues. It can be difficult to imagine a life without struggling emotionally, but with the right support you can regain a sense of hope and inner peace.

I utilize a trauma informed and cognitive approach to care which focuses on the connection between mind and body, which is essential in order to sort through distorted thinking patterns that stem from stress, unhealthy relationships, and trauma. I'm trained in CBT and DBT which can provide you with practical coping strategies to overcome negative feelings.
