As a Clinical Social Worker, my studies and experience working to support and help children and families navigate the child welfare system allows me to specialize in working with children who have endured trauma and/or are struggling with mental health concerns. I am passionate about helping youth navigate their way through traumas and/or mental health concerns, help them learn coping mechanisms, life skills, and provide a safe place for my clients to ask questions, talk about thoughts, feelings, and concerns and what to do about it moving forward.
My ideal client would be children and adults who have endured trauma, PTSD, mood disorders such as bipolar, anxiety, depression, and other diagnoses including ADHD and adjustment.
My main goal is to help provide children a safe space to work through and overcome challenges that they are facing.
