Hello! My name is Destinie Hoffmann, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a passion to work with clients who experience PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and/or bipolar disorder. I am driven to assist clients in building stronger self-esteem/self-love and more coping skills to add to their toolbox. I prefer to emphasize the attachment styles and Client Centered Modalities. I also enjoy utilizing Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies.
