Using EMDR, polyvagal supports, parts work, and somatic approaches.. I work to tailor your experience to fit you and your needs. You are the expert of your lived experience; I do not believe in power dynamics within therapy and work to foster an environment where we are just two humans in a room.
I take a holistic approach to mental health with a focus on the mind-body connection in efforts to heal the nervous system and improve quality of life. I am experienced in working with PTSD, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Bipolar, and Personality Disorders and love to support the journey of others healing beyond trauma, adversity, and life transitions.
