Symptoms like anxiety, shutdown, or reactivity can continue to shape daily experience, often without conscious intention. My work focuses on helping people understand these patterns and restore a sense of steadiness, clarity, and internal connection. Trauma treatment is the center of my practice.
I integrate EMDR, written and exposure-based trauma protocols, psychodynamic depth work, and grounded somatic awareness to support this process.
These approaches help us work with both the emotional and physiological layers of experience without relying on overwhelming techniques or untested theories.
