I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and emotional regulation challenges. My approach is client-centered,and goal-oriented using Cognitive Development Therapy techniques. I believe therapy should not only provide emotional support but equip you with tools you can use daily.
