Over the past 10 years I have worked with children, adults, and families, and I have witnessed many positive outcomes. I use evidence based therapy interventions and track changes in people's moods and behaviors to monitor whether therapy is helping, and changes are being made.
I currently work with couples, individuals and families to treat depression, anxiety, improve social skills, build positive family relationships, and reduce symptoms of trauma and PTSD.
I am currently a doctoral student, and devote my studies to finding methods to increase hope, and improve overall therapeutic outcomes for those who seek treatment. I also stay updated with current research to improve the effectiveness of the services I provide.
