I am the founder of Destined Horizons Mental Health Practice. We are a private practice of dedicated therapists that serve in the states of New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Florida, and Maryland. In a society where "everyday" life stressors and even trauma have become the norm, we have always believed that there is a new horizon of awareness that awaits. With over 20 years of combined experience working with individuals and families, we have promoted change through providing therapy to a variety of clients. Our experiences range from individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy.
Through modalities such as Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Impact Therapy, Trauma Focused and Behavioral Therapy, we have been able to bring awareness to dark places one session at a time. We are Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Licensed Certified Social Workers.

Emotional Regulation and Burnout Recovery Group
This therapy group is designed for individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, and burnout. Participants will learn practical emotional regulation strategies, increase self-awareness, and explore patterns contributing to emotional exhaustion in a supportive and structured environment. Sessions include psychoeducation, guided discussion, reflection, and coping tools to support improved emotional functioning and stress management.
