I work with individuals who want space to process these emotions without pressure to analyze, confront, or make big decisions. Our work focuses on slowing down, allowing feelings to be felt safely, and helping long-held emotional patterns settle so they no longer take up so much space.

In our work together, I offer a calm, supportive space where nothing needs to be minimized or explained away. Clients often tell me they feel understood and genuinely heard, and that having space to work through what they have been carrying feels grounding and relieving.
