Spending 16 yrs as an occupational therapist before becoming a counselor gave me a unique perspective of how the body, mind, and emotion work together. We will work towards integration, where ALL parts of yourself and your story belong. I utilize research-backed treatment techniques that help you gain understanding of yourself, your patterns, and your past.
