I specialize in grief, trauma, and anxiety. If you have lost a loved one, a pet, or a friend, if you have been in a traumatic car accident, experienced domestic abuse, or are recovering from divorce, if anxiety is interphering with your daily decisions or your social life, reach out for support. It is an act of self love and the beginning of a better life. We can find ourselves in a world of isolation, sometimes all we need is to be heard, to be seen, to be whitnessed, in our struggles and supported in our growth.
As a registered dance movement therapist, I integrate my knowledge of the body in my work. I specialize in the interrelationship between body language and behavior. I recognize the importance of body alignment and posture can affect breathing, and how it can influences one's mental and physical health.
Therapy is interactive so we will work together to address the things that matter most to you. It is important to me that we are a good fit, so I offer a fifteen minute consultation at no charge.
