I am an LGBTQIA+-identifying licensed clinical mental health counselor in the states of NH and MA, and an out-of-state telehealth provider for the state of FL. I work with adults (ages 18+) who are seeking care to create lasting change and wellness.
I believe that therapy is collaborative– we’ll work together to help you access your strengths and develop coping skills, find empowerment, and take authorship of your own story. I have a person-centered, feminist approach to therapy, am EMDR-trained, and use a toolbox pulled from CBT, Narrative Therapy, and my practice is DBT informed.
