Hey there, Momma! Are you feeling overwhelmed, sad, lost, or even angry? I am a certified perinatal mental health clinician through Postpartum Support International. I am also a parenting coach and have received specialized training in Christian sex therapy. I most enjoy working with those who are walking through their parenting and marriage seasons.
I favor a strength-based and person-centered approach to counseling. It is my most sincere belief that the path to a better world starts with helping parents struggling to find their own strength and wellness- so they can raise their children to be happy and healthy.
