I am a clinical social worker with a specialized focus in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, and the related disorders. As a clinician, I recognize that OCD and anxiety can often consume our thoughts and force us to avoid people, places, and things while causing us to miss out on positive life experiences.
I am passionate about teaching clients skills to help better manage worries and intrusive thoughts so my clients can reclaim their lives and have the ability to live in the present moment. I completed IOCDF’s Pediatric Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) in 2022 and have extensive training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and CBT.
OCD and anxiety cause us to miss out on the things we value the most when these disorders are impairing. The worse we feel, the smaller our world becomes. My goal as clinician is to get you back to the things you value most and learn effective skills to manage your OCD and/or anxiety.
