I work with all ages including youth, families, couples, college students and mature adults. I use a combination of approaches in order to provide the best care that fits for you including Motivational Interviewing, Co-Occurring Disorders, Gestalt Play Therapy, Theraplay, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy.
Using a trauma informed lens I offer support and guidance in order for you to reach your goals.
