My passion is to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for individuals and couples who are ready to break free from patterns that keep you stuck in the same cycles, so you can build healthier relationships, stronger self-worth, and a more fulfilling life. My specialties include Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Trauma, and Relationship Counseling.
