We offer a judgement-free space to work on helping you create more balance and calm in your life and within your relationships. We help you connect with your authentic self and can acts as a guide for you on that journey. Together, we work through change, anxiety, or other life stressors in a way that focuses on emotional well-being and growth. We can use mindfulness, EFT (emotionally-focused therapy), coupled with an attachment approach to help you to get to where you envision yourself and your relationships at their best.

We help people with communication, sexual challenges, and navigating alternative relationships styles. Whether you have a traditional monogamous relationship or are ethically non-monogamous; we are here to help you. We provide a safe, sex-positive space for everyone, from vanilla to kinky. We are always an LGBTQ+ friendly and gender-affirming safe space.

Therapy isn't about being "broken or fixed" - it's about having a safe space to explore needs, face challenges, and set goals. We act as an encouraging guide on your journey to sort through loss, pain, fears, hopes, grief, or dreams. This is the place to process your feelings around your relationships with other people who understand ENM/CNM and what you're going through. As a group, we will work through your challenges and successes together to understand the relationships you have in your life and new ways of making them healthier. Topics we cover include jealousy, love as infinite, scheduling, and how to increase your communication skills within your ENM relationships.
