We'll use mindfulness, person-centered therapy, coupled with an attachment approach and emotionally focused therapy that fits your style - let us help you to get to where you envision yourself and your relationships at their best.

We help people with communication, sexual challenges, and navigating alternative relationships styles. Whether you have a traditional relationship, or an ENM (CNM or open-to-poly), we are here to help without judgement. We provide a safe, sex-positive space for everyone, especially LGBTQ+ and gender-expansive individuals and the people in their lives.

Therapy isn't about being "broken or fixed" - it's about having a safe space to explore needs, face challenges, and set goals. We act as an encouraging guide on your journey to sort through loss, pain, fears, hopes, grief, or dreams. Whether you are a member of the LGBTQ+ or know someone who is gay, joining a support group is one of the best ways to learn more about sexual orientation advocacy and meet like-minded people. Our goal is to process and review recent social and emotional transitions within a safe community environment. This is a process oriented group; we explore interpersonal issues with new social behaviors: increase and deepen intimacy, honesty, connectedness. We meet for eight weeks in a closed-group format to work on relationships with spouses, co-workers, family, and friends within a safe social group.
