Life is messy and confusing– navigating it alone is even more difficult. Building a strong, authentic relationship is at the center of my work. Many of the people I see have had experiences with therapy that felt unhelpful, impersonal, or mismatched. I aim to create a space that feels safe while also providing real strategies and insights to improve your life outside of the therapy room. I specialize in helping individuals navigate emotion regulation difficulties, complex trauma, and relationship stress. I also work with clinicians in training to provide individual supervision while working toward licensure.
My therapeutic style is relational and person-centered; I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I focus on understanding your lived experiences, your strengths, and the patterns that may be keeping you from reaching your goals. I am committed to providing services from a social-justice-oriented framework.
I strive to offer care that is neurodivergent-affirming, culturally responsive, and mindful of the broader systems that shape our experiences.
