My ideal clients are adults who feel stuck in survival mode—often carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship wounds, identity struggles, or chronic emotional overwhelm. Many are high-functioning on the outside while silently battling the effects of unresolved pain, nervous system dysregulation, or difficult life experiences. Our practice provides trauma-informed, neuroscience-aligned care rooted in compassion, authenticity, and meaningful transformation. We help clients move forward by creating individualized treatment plans that address both the symptoms and the deeper patterns beneath them.
I specialize in trauma recovery and offer integrative treatment tailored to each individual’s needs. My approach incorporates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, ACT, attachment-focused therapy, DBR-informed work, ego states, and the Trauma Model. I also provide faith-integrated counseling for clients seeking a Christian perspective in therapy.

This group integrates evidence-based and expressive therapeutic approaches to support emotional regulation, resilience, connection, and long-term healing within a safe and supportive environment.
