Drawing from a rich tapestry of therapeutic modalities, I primarily employ Gestalt Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Family Therapy & Narrative Family Therapy. These models have provided many the tools to regain agency over their lives, promoting understanding and renewed purpose. However, each journey is unique; I seek to best meet my client's needs.
