Things happen in life such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief and loss, and workplace issues. It's ok to ask for help in these areas. Believe it or not, many people suffer from everyday life challenges. The difference is how you handle them. By reading this, you are on your way to becoming a more productive you and you should feel good about that. I can help guide you in the path you would like to go. I focus on helping individuals, couples, and families improve their well-being and cope with life challenges.
I have over 15 years of experience helping adults, teens, and families with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship problems. I like to use the Person-Centered Therapy approach because each individual is unique. I have coupled this approach with different therapy types such as, DBT, CBT, Gestalt Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
