As a therapist and licensed clinical social worker, I work with you through self-reflection, empowerment, and support. My approach is to meet each client where they are and to collaboratively develop a treatment plan based off your individual goals.
My therapeutic approach is to support each client through research based interventions. I utilize multiple methodologies including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused and a family systems approach to assist my clients with their needs and goals.
In addition to being a therapist, I have supervised the clinical training of social workers, marriage and family therapist and clinical counselor interns and associates.
