I further specialize in providing family therapy to parents and their adult children as they navigate launching, family trauma, grief, and/or boundary setting.
I work from a relational, systemic, and trauma-informed approach with an attachment focus. My work draws from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, Bowen Family Systems Theory, and attachment-based models, including the Gottman Method, to foster insight, strengthen interactions, and support meaningful change.
