Hi! My name is DesiRae, and I specialize in supporting Women and Couples, in midlife, who feel stuck, uncertain, overwhelmed, disconnected, or are navigating life transitions. Whether you're dealing with a history of trauma, perfectionism, women's issues, anxiety, depression, or grief and loss, you don't have to go through it alone.
