I use a holistic, integrative approach that values the client's opinion of the treatment received. In sessions, clients can expect to go deep, dig deeper, vent, cry, or scream without judgment. Goals and progress are discussed together. Most clients report a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first 4-6 weeks of therapy.
