I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Stockton University who provides an empathetic approach when working with children and adults navigating grief, anxiety, depression, trauma and various other challenges. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients can explore emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths. I take an empathetic, strengths-based approach, using my training in CBT and TF-CBT to support healing and growth. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, and trauma. With training in suicide prevention, grief, domestic violence, and trauma, I provide a safe, supportive space for clients to explore emotions and build resilience.
