I am certified in EMDR and provide EMDR consultation to my colleagues. My passion is using EMDR therapy to help clients access their innate ability to heal, to grow, and to thrive in all areas of their lives. I have experience working with both teenagers and adults. Our typical clients are those with issues of sexual dysfunction. This includes those with issues of sexual desire, arousal, orgasm, pain, satisfaction, or out-of-control sexual behavior/addiction. Most of my clients are from a conservative religious background, but this is not a must. We see clients that have a range of personal beliefs and values. We meet regularly with individuals and couples. Meeting as a couple is not a must. Individuals dealing with sexual dysfunction or out-of-control sexual behavior/addiction that are not in a committed relationship are also welcomed in treatment. We also have a Spanish speaking therapist.

I am the founder of the Igniting Change movement and therapy clinic. This movement is about helping the world to understand and overcome the potentially harmful impact of compulsive pornography use in a non-shaming way. Humans are biologically wired to find the greatest happiness and fulfillment through physical and emotional bonding with each other. This natural wiring can be manipulated and overwhelmed by pornography, creating impediments to bonding and creating compulsive behavior. As a therapist, I specialize in helping youth and adults to ignite loving, genuine relationships and empowering behaviors to help them overcome pornography compulsion and shame.
