Welcome to WholeKids Logan Clinic! We have several locations across Utah serving hundreds of families each week. Our therapists work to inspire lasting growth, healing and change. We specialize in working with kids, tweens, teens and young adults who experience depression, anxiety, self worth issues, motivational challenges, impulsivity, anger, communication issues, family conflict, trauma, bullying, peer and media pressure, school challenges, friendship issues, social isolation, technology compulsions and more. My years of experience in healthcare have given me a unique understanding to help individuals and families dealing with grief and loss, health issues, caregiving, anxiety, and depression.

I believe that each person possesses the resources to change before coming to therapy. My job is to guide you in accessing your own personal resources for change while introducing skills you desire to learn. Some of the issues I specialize in are birth trauma and perinatal struggles, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic health conditions, disabilities and physical limitations, and eating disorders. Together, we can forge new roads or clear lost paths, so you can move toward your ideal self.

Hi! I'm Jaylie and I am passionate about and dedicated to facilitating positive change and growth within individuals and families. I have a wealth of experience working with children which allows me to bring a genuine love for connecting with young minds. I understand the growing pains that occur throughout life with children and while parenting. My ability to relate to children and adolescents allows me to create trust and a safe space for exploration and expression. I also have a deep understanding of the complexities of adult experiences and am committed to supporting individuals through life's challenges and transitions.

Life can be confusing, stressful, and overwhelming. I want to work with you to find techniques and tools that guide you towards healing, understanding, and peace. Throughout our time together I would ensure an accepting, action-oriented space for you to express what you are currently facing in life. In our sessions I trust you as the expert in your life experience; and no matter what you have endured through I want to be there to listen without judgement.

I truly enjoy working with people of all ages and seeing how they grow and change. We all run into times of crisis or struggle and whether it is something that requires intensive work or maybe seems quite small, there is hope for the future. I have experience working with children in play therapy, and teens and adults using an eclectic and person centered approach including CBT, ACT, psychoanalysis, DBT, as well as other modalities. I am one of three therapists in the area that have been trained in Trauma Conversion Therapy which is amazing for trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD.

I have high respect for the courage it takes to dive into processing trauma, and look forward to the opportunity of helping others do this. I am trained in EMDR and trauma-focused CBT. I love to watch my clients be successful with EMDR, and I'm amazed at how quickly it has worked. I understand that each individual will experience EMDR differently and it is a beautiful process.

I believe that together we can construct solutions and that you can experience improvement in your sense of well-being. I am a proponent of self-care to achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. I love to see clients recognize their own strengths and ways in which they've been succeeding and to identify which way they're headed.

Many individuals feel they are “NOT Enough". It is difficult to keep going each day, keeping a smile on your face, telling everyone you are o.k. when you are not. You may just need someone to listen, someone to help you learn new skills, someone to help you through a difficult time in your life who understands and provides support, listens and understanding. Dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and other mental health challenges can keep us from participating in life fully and enjoying time with our friends and family.

I've worked with a broad range of clients and enjoy being able to sit down with someone and start to assist in finding some solutions, hope, and ultimately some changes that can be impactful in the short and long term.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and working with teens and their parents. I know it can be difficult to navigate relationships, to feel connected to your partner, to experience depression and anxiety, to be faced with faith challenges, to not know how to deal with a past trauma, and to experience feelings of worthlessness and confusion with who you really are. It can feel difficult to know what steps to take to find peace and balance again. I believe in the ability to change as individuals, couples, and families and desire to meet you where you're at so you can get to where you want to be.

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS, INTERNS/Counselors!! I appeal best with clients who have identified that some aspect of their life has stopped working for them, or never really worked at all. People who seek out a counselor to validate the fact that change is necessary, and desire professional help to collaborate in identifying their own natural strengths (or at least potential capabilities) towards overcoming difficulties just need a personal team player.
